Payment Terms

  • Visa / Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • Net 30 (with approved credit)
  • Prepaid orders may qualify for free shipping within the United States

Shipping

All orders ship from North Little Rock, Arkansas via UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.

  • Out-of-stock items will be noted as Backorder (B/O) or Out of Stock (O/S) on your invoice
  • Expedited shipping options available upon request

Discounts & Payment Policy

  • Volume discounts available for bulk and wholesale orders
  • Discounts are valid only if invoices are paid within agreed terms
  • Past due accounts are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge

Shortage Claims

All shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Customers are responsible for accepting any merchandise that has already shipped or is in transit prior to cancellation notice being received.

Returns

Returns are accepted for:

  • Defective merchandise
  • Incorrect shipments

All returns require prior authorization from Jogalite.

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained by contacting customer service
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply
